1.
  Pray when you wake up.
"Lord, thank you that I slept in a bed in my home last night.  Bless those who are homeless in our city.  May they find housing this day.  In Jesus' name, Amen."

2.  Pray when you eat.
"Lord, thank you for this food.  Bless those who are hungry.  Show me how I can share some food today.  In Jesus' name, Amen."

3.  Pray at work or school.
"Lord, thank you for work to do.  Help me remember how blessed I am to be able to think, to learn, and to be productive.  Remind me that I am to do the best I can do as if working for you.  In Jesus' name, Amen."

4.  Pray in traffic or a public place.
"Lord, help me see the many faces of people you have made.  They do not look, act, or sound exactly like me, but you love them and want me to love them, too.  I pray for our world.  May I reflect Christ this day.  In Jesus' name, Amen."

5.  Pray before or after play.
"Lord, thank you for the fun things in my life.  Thank you for laughter and for friends.  Bless those who can't move as I can.  Bless those who are lonely.  Help me to reach out to someone and share your joy.  In Jesus' name, Amen."

6.  Pray as you read or hear the news.
"Lord, bless the leaders of our world.  May they make decisions that are righteous and just.  In Jesus' name, Amen."
