Bobbie Denny is leading an 11-week Disciple class on John's gospel and started another Disciple Class, #5 in the series, on Feb. 1.Although the classes are both filled, additional Disciple classes are expected to be offered later in the year.Watch this space for opportunities.
Disciple classes are video-based Bible studies that includes an in-depth study of Scripture, weekly preparation, accountability in a small-group setting, and a call to more faithful discipleship.
Class on Prayer
During Lent Bobbie is also leading a six-week class on prayer using the book by Philip Yancey. It is offered on Thursday mornings at 10 a.m. and Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. at the church. Contact Bobbie through the church at 704-537-9147 to participate and obtain the book.
